Entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses and expand their networks will gather at the Startup Canada Tour – Calgary, set to take place at the BMO Centre on April 29th.
The event, part of Startup Canada’s cross-country initiative, offers a full day of networking, mentorship, and expert-led sessions designed to empower early-stage business owners.
Doors open at 8:30am for check-in and networking, with a lineup of keynotes, panels, and workshops running from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Attendees can purchase Early Bird Startup Passes starting at $69.
One of the main attractions is the Startup Global Pop-up Pitch Competition, where entrepreneurs will compete for a $3,000 cash prize and a coveted spot in the Grand Finale in Mississauga. The ultimate competition will feature 10 finalists vying for a share of a $70,000 prize pool.
The event will also feature an Ask the Expert Lounge, where business owners can seek advice from industry leaders, as well as interactive sessions covering topics such as funding fundamentals and leveraging technology for business growth.
Designed for entrepreneurs at all stages, the Startup Canada Tour promises to equip attendees with the knowledge, connections, and resources to drive their businesses forward.
