Improving has acquired Jump Analytics, a Canadian tech firm specializing in advanced analytics and corporate performance management. The acquisition is expected to boost Improving’s annualized revenue to more than $290 million and expand its reach across North America.
Dallas-headquartered Improving has a thirty year history in Calgary. Their Calgary outpost is currently the only Scrum Master certification (PSM) provider in all of Alberta, and became part of the Improving family in 2013 (previously known as Quadrus).
Improving’s “Enterprise Strategy” focuses on merging technology service companies that share a commitment to building trust, delivering excellence, and cultivating culture.
With the acquisition of Jump Analytics, the leadership team will remain intact, and the business will continue to operate and grow while having access to the full range of services provided by Improving’s collective offerings.
“We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of Jump Analytics. This strategic move will greatly enhance our capabilities and enable us to provide even better service to our customers,” said Curtis Hite, CEO of Improving. “We are excited to welcome the talented team from this company and look forward to working together to achieve our shared goals.”
Jump Analytics delivers successful solutions in over 20 industries, including utilities, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, and life sciences. The acquisition provides significant opportunities for growth and innovation for both companies.
“We are excited to join forces with Improving and believe that this acquisition will provide significant opportunities for growth and innovation,” said Patrick Hickey, Partner of Jump Analytics. “Today marks a new chapter for our company.”
As the use of data continues to explode, data analytics is increasingly important. With this acquisition, Improving’s clients will find powerful tools and technology more readily available.
“This acquisition represents a tremendous opportunity for us to expand our reach and capabilities and to take our business to the next level,” said Michael Matrick, Partner of Jump Analytics. “We are proud of the hard work and dedication of our team, and we are confident that our shared vision and complementary strengths will enable us to deliver even greater value to our customers. We look forward to the next phase of our journey together.”
With this acquisition, Improving further cements Calgary’s position as a hub for innovative technology companies.
