Calgary’s bustling technology ecosystem is set to take centre stage as the much-anticipated Innovation Week YYC shines a spotlight on the local scene over the next week.
It’s poised to be a week chock-full of affairs that culminates in the iconic Launch Party.
To be held at Big Four Roadhouse, Calgary’s 2024 Launch Party promises to showcase cutting-edge innovation and ideas from 10 trailblazing companies—BigGeo, Binoloop, Job Autopilot, Launch Party, moovez, Platform Calgary, ResVR, Scholarships Cafe, SitePhotos Canada, TechJutsu, The Reporting Hub, and TraceRent—who were hand-selected by a panel of industry experts
The startups will pitch their startup on November 21 to an audience of potential investors and partners, giving them a platform to secure investment and business connections.
And what else is going on during Innovation Week, one might ask?
There is the AgTech 6×6 on November 19, for example, which will see rapid-fire pitches from regional AgTech startups driving next-gen farming and precision agriculture solutions.
Meanwhile, the Work in Tech Track hosted by Cenovus EDI Accelerator and UCeed will help pair tomorrow’s talent with today’s opportunities.
There will also be a networking mixer for tech entrepreneurs, investors, and enthusiasts to spark up new connections.
