Attabotics, a leader in automated fulfillment technology, has introduced FulfillAI, an AI-driven system designed to revolutionize warehouse operations by significantly increasing efficiency, productivity, and capacity.
Unlike traditional automation, which focuses on increasing machine speed, FulfillAI optimizes fulfillment through a many-to-many picking process. This enables warehouse workers to fulfill multiple orders simultaneously, reducing machine strain, lowering labor dependency, and boosting accuracy to 99.9%.
“Field testing over the past year has yielded a 5.4x increase in picking throughput, an 80% drop in labor dependency, and a capacity boost that allowed our test client to double its business without scaling fulfillment technology,” said Scott Gravelle, CEO of Attabotics.
Amer Jomaa, CEO of Modern Beauty, a client using the system, highlighted its impact: “We’ve been able to grow while maintaining the same staff, handling twice the volume.”
Attabotics’ proprietary automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), combined with robotics, AI, and vertical storage, reduces warehouse footprints by up to 85% while enhancing speed and accuracy. The company holds over 150 patents and manufactures all products in-house, ensuring complete control over quality and innovation.
With FulfillAI, Attabotics aims to democratize enterprise-level fulfillment capabilities, making advanced automation more accessible to retailers of all sizes.
