The 2024 Proptech Showcase made a dynamic return to the KPMG Pitch Stage at the Platform Innovation Centre this week, highlighting groundbreaking tech solutions for real estate. Nine proptech startups presented their innovations, aiming to revolutionize property management, construction, and smart city development.

Promise Robotics, co-founded by CEO Ramtin Attar, emerged as this year’s winner. The company impressed judges with its approach to integrating industrial robots in construction, positioning itself as a leader in modernizing and optimizing building processes.

The showcase brought together a mix of startups, investors, and real estate professionals, providing a platform for emerging companies to demonstrate technology applications tailored to commercial, residential, and industrial real estate.

Hosted by Scott Jenkins, CEO of ZS2 Technologies and last year’s Proptech Showcase winner, the event featured a panel of distinguished judges, including Abbey Kaminker, Evan McCann, John Bunting, Michael Grantmyre, and Scott Kaplanis.

Here’s a look at the innovative startups that pitched:

  • Collegium – Led by CEO Luke West, the company provides tech solutions for real estate and infrastructure projects.
  • Nialli – Represented by Rick Kennedy, the company specializes in digital construction project planning tools.
  • Promise Robotics – The showcase winner integrates robotics in construction to boost efficiency.
  • Prolegis – Headed by Scott Archibald, the firm automates real estate transactions and estate planning.
  • Quickly – Founded by Ammar Memon, the platform offers early payment solutions for builders.
