On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Platform Calgary is hosting Coffee With the Candidates, an informal morning meetup from 9:00–11:00am at the Platform Innovation Centre.
The event offers Calgarians the opportunity to connect directly with city council candidates ahead of the October 20 municipal election. Attendees can share perspectives on the city’s growing innovation economy and highlight why a thriving tech ecosystem benefits all Calgarians.
“Calgary’s tech community is proof of what’s possible when we align around a shared vision,” Platform Calgary noted. “This fall, we want candidates to understand the impact of innovation in Calgary—and the role they can play in shaping what comes next.”
Registration is open now for community members eager to join the conversation over coffee.
