Three Calgary companies—Neo Financial, Orennia, and ZayZoon—have once again put Alberta’s tech ecosystem on the national stage in Deloitte Canada’s 2025 Technology Fast 50 program.
Neo Financial claimed the #1 spot in the Enterprise—Industry Leader category with an impressive three-year revenue growth rate of 1,279%, marking its third consecutive year topping a Fast 50 category.
Orennia ranked #11 in the Technology Fast 50 category with 5,252% growth, while ZayZoon followed at #22 with 1,487% growth.
Rounding out Calgary’s representation, Ava Industries was recognized in the Companies-to-Watch category at #11 with 364% two-year growth.
Now in its 28th year, Deloitte’s Fast 50 program celebrates Canada’s most innovative and fastest-growing technology firms, spotlighting their entrepreneurial drive and resilience in a challenging economy. The 2025 cohort marks the program’s most competitive year in more than two decades, with an average three-year revenue growth rate of 2,623% among winners.
“This year’s Technology Fast 50 program winners exemplify how Canada’s tech leaders are rising above external headwinds, demonstrating both resilience and readiness to go big,” said Brendan Cooper, Partner and National Co-Leader for the program at Deloitte Canada.
“With representation across the country, these companies are fueling a new wave of growth that will position Canada as a global force in technology and innovation.”
The Technology Fast 50 program also feeds into Deloitte’s broader North American Technology Fast 500 list, for which 114 Canadian companies qualified this year. The full Fast 500 rankings will be released on November 19.
