Calgary’s Virtuo Expands AI Concierge Platform Across Royal LePage Benchmark

July 6, 2026 by Newsdesk Leave a Comment

Calgary proptech company Virtuo is taking its AI-powered home concierge platform brokerage-wide with Royal LePage Benchmark, making the Alberta real estate firm the first brokerage in Canada to offer the service to every client.

Royal LePage Benchmark will now offer Virtuo’s full-service Move Concierge platform across its network of more than 220 agents, expanding a partnership that began one year ago.

The platform combines human concierge support with AI automation to help homebuyers navigate the many moving pieces between contract, closing, move-in, and beyond. Through Virtuo, Benchmark clients can access move coordination, human support, AI-powered guidance through HomieAI, client surveys, and automated stay-in-touch programs designed to keep agent-client relationships active after closing.

Virtuo says its platform can save clients up to 40 hours and more than $1,000 during a move, while helping agents save time on each transaction. The Calgary company also says clients who use Virtuo are 95 per cent more likely to recommend their agent.

“We saw the impact Virtuo had with home builders and their clients,” said Corinne Lyall, Broker and Owner of Royal LePage Benchmark. “Expanding this to the resale side and offering it brokerage-wide means every one of our clients can get the same five-star experience.”

For Virtuo, the expansion marks another step in its push to bring a more modern, tech-enabled client experience to the real estate industry.

“Royal LePage Benchmark gets what other brokerages miss: agents don’t need more productivity tools. They need more clients,” said Nate Edwards, Co-Founder of Virtuo. “By making this available brokerage-wide, they’re proving that the best way to retain agents is to help them earn referrals and repeat business through premium client experiences.”

Founded in Calgary, Virtuo has positioned itself as a home journey platform for builders, brokerages, agents, and service providers. The company says its platform has now helped more than 50,000 homebuyers navigate the moving process.

Royal LePage Benchmark is a family-owned Calgary brokerage with roots dating back to 1978. The company operates across multiple Alberta communities, including Calgary, Cochrane, Strathmore, Airdrie, and Fort McMurray.
