Binoloop’s Tally is an AI Assistant That Evaluates Proposals in Minutes, Not Days

November 20, 2024 by Knowlton Thomas Leave a Comment

A startup launched in Calgary in 2023 is utilizing artificial intelligence to reduce the time and effort of evaluating requests for proposals by up to 75%.

Binoloop, founded last year by chief executive officer Purvaja Soochit and chief of technology Kanishk Patel, has developed a flagship product dubbed Tally.

Tally is designed to automate the assessment of documents and videos to reduce manual processing, combining data-driven insights with AI technology to position the startup “at the forefront of the decision intelligence market.”

Tally streamlines the proposal process by automating compliance checks and pre-evaluations, Binoloop says, enabling users to run checks in minutes while reducing risk of error.

Use cases include official proposals to the U.S. or Canadian governments, checking for compliance before applying to Y Combinator, and more.

Believing in “the power of data to transform decision-making,” Binoloop’s mission is “to make data accessible, insightful, and actionable for every organization, driving better outcomes and greater impact.”

After competing in Innovate Calgary’s Women Founders in Tech Pitch Competition in April, Binoloop headed to Toronto in June for Collision before joining Cohere’s Startup Program.

Currently, Binoloop is among the handpicked companies set to pitch to an audience of investors and tech enthusiasts when the Launch Party of Innovation Week YYC brings together the city’s most promising tech startups at Big Four Roadhouse.

Others vying for the crown at the forthcoming event include BigGeo, Job Autopilot, moovez, Platform Calgary, ResVR, Scholarships Cafe, SitePhotos Canada, TechJutsu, The Reporting Hub, and TraceRent.
