Info-Tech Set to IGNITE Strategic Thinking Among Tech Pros in Calgary Next Month

March 12, 2025 by Knowlton Thomas Leave a Comment

The month of April is set to deliver a technology event in Calgary.

Powered by Ontario’s Info-Tech Research Group, IGNITE 2025 will bring together a lineup of “experts to guide regional leaders in navigating IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation.”

The event will feature Mark Roman, managing partner at Info-Tech, alongside analysts and industry thought leaders.

The agenda for the Calgary IGNITE event, hosted by Roman, is designed to “foster deep discussions and actionable takeaways for regional IT professionals.” This includes keynote discussions, expert panels, and networking opportunities.

“By bringing this event to Calgary, we’re creating a regional platform for leaders to connect, share experiences, and develop strategies that align with the specific challenges and opportunities of their business and technology environments,” Roman stated.

A major theme threading through the event is adapting strategies to rapid changes. Info-Tech’s IGNITE will “equip IT professionals with the insights and tools they need to lead with confidence and innovation.”

“Info-Tech’s IGNITE 2025 event in Calgary is designed to give IT leaders the insights and tools they need to address today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities,” says Roman.

“Through focused discussions on IT governance, AI trends, and security strategies like zero trust, this event will provide actionable takeaways that IT professionals can apply immediately within their organizations,” he stated.

In addition to Roman, speakers at IGNITE will include Info-Tech’s Heather Leier-Murray and Andy Neill.

Founded in 1997, Info-Tech Research Group today serves over 30,000 IT and HR professionals.
