Alberta’s Advantus360 was founded in 2015 to deliver accredited cybersecurity solutions provider serving enterprise customers throughout Canada and the United States.
This week, the Canadian company was acquired by Integrity360, a Europe-based cybersecurity specialist with more than 700 employees.
“This is an exciting moment for us,” commented Advantus360 directors Regan and Stefan Herbst.
“It is our absolute pleasure that Advantus360 is joining Integrity360 to continue the growth journey we started a decade ago,” they stated.
Advantus360 has “flourished during that time thanks to the support of our customers and employees,” according to Herbst.
The acquisition is part of Integrity360’s global expansion plan, providing the group’s initial footprint in the North American market.
“We are really delighted to be welcoming Regan, Stefan and Marci, and indeed the entire Advantus360 team to Integrity360,” remarked Ian Brown, Executive Chairman at Integrity360.
Integrity360 intend to develop Advantus360 into a “significant regional services hub” for the group covering Canada.
The acquisition “marks a significant milestone for the group as it represents our first presence in the strategically important North American market,” Brown noted.
Advantus360 has “established and has developed an enviable reputation for excellence in cybersecurity consulting,” he continued, citing “achievements in designing, deploying, and supporting” solutions.
Customers will benefit from access to Integrity360’s cyber services portfolio including risk and assurance, incident response and forensics services, infrastructure and technology services, and a range of cybersecurity managed services.
“We are looking forward to working closely with the team to rapidly expand their operations and capability over the coming years,” stated Brown.
“With the backing of Ian and the considerable resources, capability, and track record of the entire Integrity360 team we are thrilled about what we can achieve for our customers, and our employees, as we look to expand across both Canada and the United States over the coming years”.
