The Userful Corporation recently affirmed that it is making “significant progress” in 2026, building on a five-year transformation through which the Calgary-based software firm expanded its revenue channels.
In 2020, Userful was a business with approximately 20% of revenue hailing from channel-driven initiatives for mostly small business deployments.
By 2025, more than 80% of the Alberta company’s was being generated through channel partners serving large, globally distributed enterprises.
“Our growth strategy is simple,” says chief executive officer John Marshall. “We win with the channel.”
Userful provides technology solutions for core enterprise operations and mission-critical environments, serving industries such as including healthcare, manufacturing and production, banking and finance, airports and transportation, and higher education.
“As large enterprise organizations modernize operations globally, we’re depending on partners who have the regional and global readiness to support that scale of transformation,” Marshall says.
He believes the five-year shift reflects growing partner confidence in Userful’s Infinity platform and its ability to support secure, stable, and mission-critical workplace operations across complex enterprise environments.
Userful continues to invest in platform stability, security, and enterprise readiness, according to a statement from the Canadian firm—investments the company says “enable partners to deliver modernized operational workflows for command and control centers, operations teams, and Fortune 500 organizations operating at scale.”
In September, Userful was named a Platinum Winner in the Information Technology SaaS category at the 2025 TITAN Business Awards.
“Receiving the Platinum distinction, the program’s highest honour, validates the platform architecture, scalability, and momentum with large enterprise customers,” Marshall remarked in December. “As organizations are met with the growing difficulties of managing fragmented security, operations, and IT systems, Userful’s Infinity Platform provides a unified foundation.”
The TITAN Platinum recognition followed Userful being named CIO Review’s Data Visualization Platform of the Year for 2025.
Moving forward, Userful intends to “actively expand” its channel ecosystem as the company seeks partners throughout Europe, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, India, and Southeast Asia.
Founded in 2003, the company currently supports customers across more than 100 countries.
