Pavilion Cowork is officially expanding to Alberta.
The B.C.-based company, which operates multiple coworking hubs in Vancouver, is launching a new space in Calgary.
At 15,000 square feet in size, the Pavilion Courthouse will be the Canadian firm’s largest location to date when it opens next week.
“Pavilion Courthouse is a unique place for Calgarians to work, play, and connect,” says Herman Kwee, president parent company Alabaster Homes. “As office work habits continue to evolve in Calgary, the demand for flexible, professional workspace will continue to climb.”
Originally announced last year, Pavilion Cowork’s Courthouse location will offer “Private Office” memberships for teams of up to eight for $750 per month; a “Dedicated Desk” in a private office for $600/month; an ad-hoc “Hot Desk” membership for $300; and a Virtual Office with meeting space access for $60.
Memberships include high-speed secure internet, a fitness facility and kitchen, private phone booth access, monthly event programming, and cleaning.
“Our hospitality-forward approach means we focus on supplying members with everything they need for their work day,” explains Clare Linton, Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Operations. “The team has been working hard to curate offerings from Calgary’s most beloved brands and businesses.”
Pavilion positions its spaces in central business districts which offer “seamless access to public transportation, top-tier dining options, and major corporate hubs.” This positioning “creates an ideal environment for professionals seeking productivity, convenience, and valuable networking opportunities,” according to a statement from the company.
In 2025, Pavilion unveiled a 5,500-square-foot space at 564 Beatty Street in Vancouver, its third location in the city since launching in 2019.
