Calgary-based VEERUM has raised $12 million in Series B funding to accelerate the global expansion of its Visual Operations (VisOps) platform. The round was led by energy-tech leaders Veriten and Emerson, with continued support from returning investors BDC and Evok Innovations.
In a company statement, VEERUM called the raise “a major milestone in our journey to scale Visual Operations, the new standard for how industrial teams store, contextualize, and collaborate on reality capture data.”
With the new capital, the company plans to enhance its platform, improve delivery capabilities, and meet rising demand for VisOps worldwide.
Earlier this month, VEERUM introduced Visual Operations as a new technology category, aiming to transform how industrial teams interact with complex reality data in the cloud. By making visual workflows central to daily operations, VisOps enables faster decision-making and deeper collaboration across teams.
The launch marks VEERUM’s evolution from a digital twin provider to a category-defining SaaS platform built to scale visual data across industrial environments.
“The future of industrial work is visual,” said David Lod, CEO of VEERUM. “VisOps delivers superpowered clarity, instant access, and shared understanding—becoming the default experience for managing the world’s most complex assets.”
